VIVE Eagle is designed and made by HTC. Lucyd is an authorized retailer. VIVE Eagle has a camera, and it is the only product we sell that we did not build ourselves.
Lucyd Lyte, Armor and Reebok glasses have no camera at all.

Prescription
HTC does not offer VIVE Eagle with a prescription. We do.
Order through Lucyd and our optical lab fits your prescription into the frame before it ships: single vision, progressive, readers, blue light and photochromic options. It is the same lab that glazes our own lines.
Two things to know before you order:
- Prescription orders take longer. Custom lens work adds to the normal shipping time.
- Prescription orders are final sale. Once we cut lenses for your prescription the glasses cannot be returned or exchanged. See return terms.
If anything goes wrong with a pair we fitted, contact us first rather than HTC. Our lab worked on the frame, so we want to see it first.
Availability
VIVE Eagle is sold on lucyd.co only, in the United States and Canada. We do not sell it on Amazon, Walmart or TikTok Shop.
If you bought a VIVE Eagle anywhere else, including directly from HTC or outside North America, it did not come from us. Support for those units goes to HTC.

Is VIVE Eagle a Lucyd product?
No. It is an HTC product that Lucyd sells as an authorized retailer, and that our optical lab can fit with your prescription.
Can I get it with my prescription?
Yes, through Lucyd. HTC does not offer a prescription option. Prescription orders are final sale.
The camera or the app is not working. Who do I contact?

How is VIVE Eagle different from Lucyd’s own glasses?
