Welcome to Lucyd. If you’re new to smart eyewear, this is a five-minute orientation to what we make and how to pick a pair.
What Lucyd is
Lucyd makes smart eyewear that looks like regular glasses. Built-in open-ear speakers and dual mics let you:
- Take calls without earbuds
- Play music and podcasts
- Use Siri, Google Assistant, ChatGPT, or any voice assistant your phone supports
- Add a prescription so they’re your everyday glasses
We’re camera-free by design — no recording, no privacy questions in venues that restrict camera-enabled smart glasses (gyms, hospitals, classrooms, client meetings).
We’re AI-agnostic — pick the voice assistant you already use. No lock-in, no monthly fee, no proprietary AI you’re forced to use.

How fit works
Lucyd frames come in a range of sizes within each line. If you’ve worn Lucyd before and want a similar but slightly different fit, our sizing guide maps every frame to “if too big, try these” and “if too small, try these.”
If you’re brand new: most folks start with a mid-size Lucyd Lyte (Eclipse, Voyager, Navigator) — they fit a wide range of faces. If you have a very wide or very narrow face, see the sizing guide for outliers.
Add a prescription
Almost every Lucyd supports prescription lenses — single vision, progressives, bifocals, or readers. Add your Rx at checkout. Our in-house ITFIT lab cuts custom lenses in up to 10 business days. Read more about Rx →
What to expect after you order
- Stock orders ship in 1-2 business days from our Miami warehouse.
- Custom / prescription orders ship in up to 10 business days from ITFIT.
- You’ll get a tracking email when it ships. Check spam if you don’t see it.
What to expect when they arrive
Out of the box: Lucyd glasses, charging cable (or magnetic dock for Lyte), zipper case, microfiber cleaning cloth, quick-start guide.
First time pairing:
- Charge the glasses for 30 minutes.
- Open them — they auto-enter pairing mode.
- On your phone: Settings → Bluetooth → tap Lucyd (or your model name).
- Download the Lucyd app for full control of gestures, battery status, and voice assistant settings.
