How returns and warranty work for Lucyd orders placed through Meta's Shop or DMs.

Most Lucyd purchases that start on Facebook or Instagram actually redirect to lucyd.co at checkout — meaning your order is processed by Lucyd directly. Check your order confirmation:

• Order number starts with #1 (e.g., #12345): Your order was processed on lucyd.co. See DTC returns.
• Order processed entirely within Meta Commerce Manager: Less common. See below.

If you genuinely bought through Meta’s checkout

Contact us with your order details — we’ll look it up in Meta Commerce Manager and walk you through the return / warranty path.

Warranty replacement (manufacturing defects)

Our 1-year warranty applies regardless of where you bought. If your unit has a defect, contact us with order details, a short video of the issue, and your shipping info.

Story mentions / shoutouts / DMs

If you’ve tagged us in an Instagram story or messaged us on Facebook / Instagram — we see those. Real customer-support DMs are usually responded to the same business day. Story mentions are usually just acknowledged with a thank-you.
